Moving to a new area and buying a new home was the biggest decision I’ve ever made. I was fortunate to have Kandi Cogliandro as my Realtor for this process. Kandi is incredible. She managed the preparation needed for sale, including all the inspections, contractors, and repairs. She kept all the deliverables on track and ensured all the finest details were covered. Could not have survived this without Kandi’s guidance and knowledge.
